It is said that 90% of the job is just showing up: on time, with the right tools, and ready to work.

The other 10% is doing a quality job that meets or (preferably) exceeds the client's expectations.

My philosophy is simple and old fashioned:

2. If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right... the first time.

3. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. (The Golden Rule)
